Approach
The client has approached many companies and in the same way, they reached us with the following details:
- They have three stakeholders Admin, Instructor, Student.
- The admin should be able to access and monitor all the activities related to the course, instructor, student, and classes and view tasks, and financials.
- The instructor should be able to upload the recorded classes, provide online sessions, upload the tasks, provide feedback, and doubt clear sessions.
- Students should be able to access the registered course and related syllabus and material, download tasks, upload the finished tasks, and get information related to placements.
- They have a recruitment but that would be an offline process.

(Task Management)
Instructor
The instructor can upload the task by providing a certain time to finish the task.
Student
Students can download the task, and once the student downloads it, a timer will start. The student must upload the finished task within the provided timeline. Feedback will be given by the instructor for the finished task uploaded by the student, ensuring timely submission and feedback for each task.
Recruiter Portal
The client initially assumed the recruitment process would be manual. However, we, as NEST, suggested building a separate portal for recruiters. Based on instructor feedback, the recruiter can filter and shortlist candidates for interviews. This portal ensures efficient recruitment by utilizing instructor feedback to streamline the process.
To streamline the recruitment process, we implemented contextual search using ML algorithms to filter candidate profiles. This involves verifying their LinkedIn and Naukri profiles, ensuring a precise match with job requirements. By leveraging ML algorithms, we enhance the accuracy and efficiency of candidate selection. This sophisticated approach to profile matching demonstrates our commitment to making the recruitment process easier and more effective for recruiters, ensuring they find the best candidates swiftly and accurately.
Calender
The client needed to be more apprehensive about the information transparency between students, instructors, and recruiters regarding classes, tasks, interviews, and feedback. To address this, we at NEST implemented a Calendar feature where students receive all required information via notifications. For example, if an instructor uploads today's task, students immediately receive a notification. Similarly, if there are new tasks, workshops, live conferences, or recruitment activities, students automatically receive notifications. This ensures students are always informed, enhancing communication and transparency. With this feature, the client can be confident that students, instructors, and recruiters are all on the same page, improving the overall experience.
Auto-Schedule (Using AI)
The system will automatically collect doubts posted by students and schedule a call with the relevant instructor by checking their availability in the calendar. This AI-driven feature in Clymbr ensures efficient doubt resolution by seamlessly coordinating between students and instructors. By using AI to manage and schedule these interactions, we at Clymbr have enhanced the support system, ensuring timely and effective communication. This implementation underscores our commitment to leveraging technology for improved educational experiences.
