Following a comprehensive review of their current infrastructure, we determined that the adopted architecture was not optimally aligned with their system's requirements. In response, we proposed a revised architectural framework that would better support their operational needs. Our recommendation involved restructuring the entire functionality structure to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall system performance. This new approach aimed to address the client's immediate concerns while also providing a solid foundation for future growth and development. By reconfiguring the system's architecture, we sought to enable the client to overcome their current challenges and achieve their long-term objectives. Our proposed solution prioritized flexibility, maintainability, and adaptability, ensuring the system would remain responsive to evolving business needs.

Following the architectural overhaul, numerous functional enhancements were implemented, resulting in a significant amount of rework. To mitigate this, we assisted Ace in redesigning their development structure and framework, establishing a more streamlined and efficient approach to implementing new features and updates, thereby minimizing redundant efforts and optimizing their overall development process.
